All bookings are secured via a non refundable deposit* until this deposit is received your booking date is not confirmed in our system. We can allocate you one date change with more than 5 working days notice should your appointment date no longer be attainable. Anything less than 5 days notice we will not be able to re arrange the date.

*Non refundable deposits are only refundable on the basis should you turn up for your booking slot and the product or agreement isn’t what you expected or condition of used products isn’t upto the standard as how it was sold.
